That is, the most important website in the world to me. That’s all, but that’s probably enough, right? I decided it’s high time I try to make a go of things myself, and that means writing what I want, when I want, and how I want. It also means podcasting, but you know, still what I want, all that jazz. That also means surviving at the whim of the readers, who are all of you, and that’s why this is my hat-in-hands, puppy-dog-eyes, “please give me money” section. I’m going to make this website a thing as long as I can financially justify it, so if you enjoy anything on the site or enjoy me or think my kids (two of them are oh-so-shamelessly pictured to the left) are cute and would enjoy having food in their bellies and clothes on their backs, please contribute to my Patreon, where you can also find exclusive subscriber-only content that I hope makes it worthwhile.

Or don’t! Hopefully what I write here is entertaining enough to read even if you do it for free. But man I’d be happier if it did make money. And so would my wife. She’s also nice, and also enjoys food and clothes.

Anyway, I’m Daniel Kelley. Novelist of After Life, which you currently can’t buy unless you get one of those third-party used copies on Amazon, but come November, it’ll be re-released, and then two more will come out! You know, if I ever get done writing them. I’ve written about fantasy sports (for the Washington Post and SB Nation and Pro Football Focus), I’ve written about parenting (for Parent Co), I’ve written about TV (for Observer), I’ve written about all sorts of things. Here, I’ll write about all of that and a whole bunch of other things, at least until some major publication gives me lots of money to sell out, in which case see ya, I ain’t above nothin’.
